We are currently looking for someone to join our team on a casual basis as our new tax lodgement liaison manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Uploading tax returns and other forms to our online portal for client approval
- Assisting clients via phone and email with online return approval
- Liaising with clients to ensure returns are approved for lodgement in a timely manner
- Download and lodgement of tax returns and other forms
- Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) to ensure lodgement deadlines are met
- Some front counter/reception and telephone assistance

Requirement to Apply
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills (you will be dealing with the directors, other staff and clients)
- High level of client focus and efficiency
- Strong, professional work ethic
- Ability to follow processes and work unsupervised
